How does the service work?
1. Stock enters your location/s of choice
Your bulk order of goods arrives to your warehouse location/s of choice. Our warehouse management software alerts us in advance of your goods arriving so we’re ready to book it into stock on arrival.
2. Stock transparency via our warehouse management software
As soon as your stock is booked in, full availability is visible for you to view and keep track of via our warehouse management software. We can also integrate with your logistics platform.
3. Order stock
When you need an order, we’re ready to deliver. You can request stock by part number or unique serial number. Your order is then packed as per your requirements, ready for collection.
4. Delivery or collection of your order
When ready, your order can be collected by your field engineer or service technician. Alternatively, as the UK’s leading same day courier network we have a delivery option to suit your needs.
